In a world that seems to never stop, Jocelyn invites her clients to find a moment of stillness and self-reflection. Jocelyn helps her clients hold space for the parts of themselves that need healing so they can move forward on their journey towards wholeness.
Jocelyn’s style is curious, creative, and respectful of the uniqueness of each client. She has an integrative approach that is based in psychodynamic theory and inspired by Jungian concepts. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and believes that healing can take many forms. Jocelyn collaborates with her clients to identify what feels good for them as they find a safe way to look back at the past in order to feel more empowered in the present.
Jocelyn earned her Master’s degree from Antioch University. She received person-centered, cultural and LGBT-affirming, and trauma-informed training at Open Paths Counseling Center and has experience working with clients of all ages. Prior to her therapy practice, Jocelyn worked in the music industry and continues to enjoy working with those who belong to artistic communities and entertainment industry professionals. She is currently open to seeing individual adults and couples.
Jocelyn is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#137046) registered through the Board of Behavioral Sciences. At Silver Lake Psychotherapy she is supervised by Dr. Kate Tepper, PsyD (PSY-28754).
