Rebecca builds a collaborative connection with her patients in which each person's unique and complex experience is honored. By working together, Rebecca helps her patients understand themselves in a deeper way and empowers them to make decisions that feel authentic and aligned. Through this process, one's inner self can become enlivened.
Rebecca’s approach is grounded in psychoanalytic, relational, and Jungian traditions. She has a special interest in supporting the exploration of emotional life through cultural background and spiritual belief and has experience across a variety of spiritual and religious traditions.
Rebecca holds a BA in Psychology from Elon University, where she specialized in neuroscience. She is currently earning a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and received psychoanalytic training working with individual adults at Valley Community Counseling Clinic. She is a Psychological Trainee at Silverlake Psychotherapy, and she is supervised by Kate Tepper Ph.D. (PSY-28754)
