Jessica R. Sardas (she/her), LMFT

Psychotherapist

Jessica believes that every person deserves to be witnessed by an open and curious mind, and that therapy is one way to have that experience. Jessica works with individuals and couples from all walks of life who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and issues around the creative process.  She facilitates a deeper understanding of underlying issues and finds it equally important to highlight strengths throughout the therapeutic journey.

Jessica enjoys working with introspective individuals who are interested in exploring the nuance of their identity. She provides a celebratory attitude where all genders, sexualities, and relationship types are embraced. She sees self-exploration as a catalyst to a more authentic and fulfilling life. Jessica works well with those looking for a body-positive, sex-positive, or identity-positive environment where they can bring all of themselves into the room.

Jessica R. Sardas received bachelor degrees from the University of Arizona and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She received her master’s in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. Jessica began her clinical training at Valley Community Counseling Clinic where she worked with minorities and marginalized groups. She went on to receive in-depth psychodynamic training at the Wright Institute Los Angeles under the supervision of Dr. Michele Gomes and Dr. Rina Freedman, while also receiving training in relational psychotherapy from Dr. Kenneth Scott, formerly of the Saturday Center.

Jessica R. Sardas, is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT-130538).
